Intellivision’s new console delayed again. Again.
Those eagerly awaiting the Intellivision Amico are going to be waiting longer. Originally announced for an October 2020 release, the Amico has seen several delays due to the ongoing quarantine and pandemic affecting production and supply of electronic components. While the system seemed on track for an April 15 launch, the team revealed via YouTube that the system is indeed going to miss that mark by a few months.
The new tentative launch date is set for October 10, 2021. The same day, only one year later. Will it hit that new date? Let’s find out together.
