Phantasy Star Online 2 is finally out in the west and how did the game launch? Busted. The folks at Sega are now apologizing for the rough shape that the game launched in two days ago and assuring that the team is working hard to fix the underlying issues surrounding PSO2’s launch.
The PSO2 Twitter account posted the following apology:
We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and the negative experience some of you have had when trying to download and install the game. Please know that we are working hard to solve these problems and that we appreciate your patience.
