They missed a ‘Kandy Korn’ pun opportunity.
Wargaming has announced this week that they are partnering with the band Korn to launch a special Halloween collaboration. The premiere of the Finally Free music video sets the stage for the Halloween mode: Burning Games.
In a Halloween twist, Burning Games has every player gradually bleeding health which they must regain by damaging their enemies to sap health like a vampire if a vampire was a tank. Burning Games is available to Tier V tanks and above and runs from October 16 to the 24.
“I really like World of Tanks Blitz. It’s true to the era, there are a lot of great tanks in there, and you don’t just jump in and start shooting,” said Jonathan Davis, lead vocals, Korn. “I think there is a connection between rock and video games because video games are intense and rock ’n’ roll music is intense. It seems like they have always gone hand in hand.”
