Bungie Foundation working with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
Tis the season of giving, and nothing gets gamers into the swing of things quite like some cosmetic tchotchkes to show their charitable side. Bungie Foundation and Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals have joined forces this year to bring gamers from all over the world together to support the Little Lights.
Everyone is invited to become Light Keepers by donating and hosting their own charity streams to help the cause and earn some rewards. A donation of $50 can provide a birthday party for a child receiving treatment at their local center, with $200 going toward chemo treatment, and $400 providing an iPad for one child recovering at a local children’s hospital. These are just examples of what your donation will go toward.
A $25 donation will net you a chance at winning one of 135 gift cards as well as a Gilded Ghost Shell and Mist Blossoms emblem. At $50 you’ll receive a Light Keeper’s emblem. $100 will enter into a drawing for an exclusive item from the prize pool containing deluxe editions of the game and other goodies.
Obviously the goal here is charity. For the children.
