People not getting keys, or getting duplicates.
Today marked the launch of Fortnite’s crossover with Batman, and the release of Batman Issue #1. Players who get their hands on physical copies of the comic, or subscribe through DC Universe Infinite, should be receiving codes for the Harley Quinn skin. Physical copy owners will find the code printed on the comic itself.
For subscribers to DC’s online comic service however, well those people are mostly out of luck for the moment. Likely due to the sheer number of people accessing the system, players are reporting in massive numbers that many have had no luck getting codes sent to their email. Making matters worse, those who received codes are also reporting in large numbers that the codes they received have already been redeemed.
Epic has acknowledged the problem and is working on a fix. Unfortunately all players can do is sit tight, and perhaps email DC’s customer service.
We’re aware of an issue where DCUI members may have gotten an error that their code for Rebirth Harley Quinn was already used.
