The pyromancer pack fails to purchase, except it doesn’t.
Magic: Legends today released the pyromancer pack for free to players and if you’ve tried to log in and redeem the free pack, odds are you’re hitting a “purchase failed” message.
The good news is that the purchases aren’t really failing. The bad news is that the iconic Cryptic jank is making it look that way. Most players should find that attempting to purchase the pack and then getting a “purchase failed” message can be fixed by rebooting the game client. When you log in again, the pack contents should be redeemed and you should see the pyromancer class in your loadout as well as the spells in your deck and the cosmetics at the tailor.
Confusingly the store will still look like you haven’t redeemed the pack, and attempting to purchase again will still give a “purchase failed” response. I can’t help you there. Hopefully Cryptic will fix this in the near future.
