Fortnite Grants Glyph Master Raz Skin

To anyone, regardless of completion.

Every season Fortnite hands out a pile of skins to season pass holders. Outside of the cosmetics obtained naturally through battle pass progression, there are always skins meant to be obtained through in-game challenges. This season Epic offered up a Glyph Master variant of the skin Raz to players who could complete a long quest segment culminating in defeating Glyph Master Raz himself.

These boss challenges can be especially difficult given the circumstances. Not only does a player have to drop in, gear up, and fight against an enemy with high health capable of dishing out a beating on his own, but they must also contend and compete with players who drop in the vicinity also looking to beat Raz for their own gain. Needless to say, a tough challenge.

If you logged into Fortnite today you may have noticed that the Glyph Master Raz skin has dropped into your inventory without completing the challenge. The quick and easy part of this story is that Fortnite suffered a technical problem a few weeks ago causing the Spiral quest line to become incompletable to a number of people. Unable to fix the quest line, Epic decided to auto-complete it for anyone over level 50 who has made some progress in the quest.

The decision has naturally upset some players who completed the quest normally, but what can you do. Sometimes there isn’t enough time to fix the problem and give everyone enough time to complete it before the season ends.
