The Otterbox Power Swap Controller Battery is an innovative new design that allows players to swap out controller batteries on their Xbox controllers quickly and easily. A quick-release button allows for the battery to be ejected with one hand and swapped out with a replacement, while the built-in power reserve means you won’t lose connection or have to wait for the controller to power back on after inserting the new battery.
Power Swap Controller Batteries go on sale starting June 15 for the cost of $59.95 on Otterbox’s official website. The $60 cost contains two batteries, a charging dock, cage for an Xbox Series controller, an Xbox One controller, cable, and reserve energy cell.
