Update: Servers have been restored according to Discord.
Original Story: Fractured Online is now Fractured Offline as the folks at Dynamight Studios confirmed an item dupe has taken the server offline for the time being. The news was reported on the game’s Discord noting that it is in fact 1a.m. dev time when this is being posted, and that while the team is working on a fix for the exploit they will eventually be sent to bed for some sleepy time.

“[A]s you are all but a few days away from being able to join the Endgame Changer test server (!), we’ve got an emergency call from our game masters about a possible ongoing hacking. As it turns out, the call was correct – we are dealing with a dupe exploit.
For safety reasons, we must keep servers offline until the exploit is figured out and resolved. A short rollback may take place to fix the damage done.”
