Diablo IV launches season 3 on the east coast at 1p.m. today, meaning those of you working from home have a good half a workday to pretend to get stuff done before you mysteriously disappear from your desk for the rest of the day.
Season of the Construct introduces a new quest line tasking the player with accompanying Ayuzhan to stop the evil machinations of the demon Malphas and his twisted constructs.
Travel to the Gatehall, a town center underneath Kehjistan that serves as your base of operations in the fight against the Constructs. The Gatehall is your conduit to access the deadly Vaults— riddled with elemental Hazards and Constructs, these Vaults are the key to harnessing the true potential of the Loom. Travel to the Loom to stop the threat at its source and defeat Malphas in a new Boss fight.
You’ll have access to your own robotic best friend and a collection of tuning stones recovered from dungeons and vaults to power it up. Nearly 40 stones in total.
Other big quality of life updates are coming in Season 3. Helltides are now constantly active and event timers are now displayed on the world map. PC players will enjoy full WASD movement controls. Check out the patch notes.
