Submissions are open for panels and talks as well as game applications for 2024’s Game Devs of Color Expo. Or Game Devs of Colour Expo if you’re Canadian. The expo is set to take place from September 18 through the 21.
To apply to be a speaker, check out this form. If you have a game to submit, check out this form. Application deadlines vary depending on what you’re trying to do, but the doors begin to close in April. So get it done now, it’s not something to put off like your taxes.
As always, all speakers are paid and all selected speakers and games are further entered into consideration for one of GDoC’s grants. Last year grant recipients received $15-25k with no strings attached. The only string is that you need somewhere to put the money.
