CEO Of Failing Game Business Pitches Bigoted Tantrum

Blames all the minorities for his failure to keep the company afloat.

GameStop CEO Ryan Cohen had a little bigoted tantrum this week, sobbing big wet tears where all mediocre businessmen post racist nonsense words these days; Twitter. The post comes following the very short announcement that GameStop would pursue sales of its French and Canadian operations.

And who is to blame for GameStop’s endless failure as a business? Is it the mediocre executives running the company into the ground? Nah, it’s minorities. Cohen took to Twitter to have a cry about “wokeness and DEI”.

Now GameStop can’t sustain business in France or Canada because the leadership is incompetent and has fumbled the ball repeatedly for the last decade. The same reason they failed in Ireland, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Germany. And the remaining parts aren’t doing that hot either with even more store closures coming in the countries it hasn’t already fully collapsed in.

Blaming your failure on the existence of brown people and the LGBTQ+ community will always be the panicked flailing of the mediocre white man trying to find someone to blame other than themselves. On the other hand those of you who feared not being smart enough to be a CEO should find your fears very much quelled.

Nobody point out to Ryan that if GameStop had actually diversified its business, it might not be heading toward bankruptcy.
