Game Devs of Color Expo is one of my favorite expos of the year. In fact it’s usually the only one I actually attend. So in the interest of any devs of color who might be reading this website, I’d like to offer a public service and remind you that you have about six days from this publication to apply for a speaker role at this year’s expo.
Applications are due April 18 for a speaker, panel, and interview position. To apply for a role, check out this website. And click on the appropriate form.
Applications for GDoCExpo Direct and the Steam Sale open on April 18. Direct and Steam Sale applications run until June 13. The Direct is a showcase of games, and the Steam Sale is just that. A showcase on Steam.
Game Devs of Color Expo 2025 runs from September 16 through 19. You can pick up a ticket here.
