I went on a vacation.
MMO Fallout has been dead for roughly the last week, and odds are if you’re one of the few people who read this website…well you didn’t notice. But I’m going to explain why I’ve been absent the last week.
I went to visit Valve HQ.
This is something that’s been in the works for a few years waiting for the stars to align, and they finally did. I was invited as part of the Sentinels of the Store to go visit Valve, tour the place, talk about stuff, and be amazed at the things that go on there. And also be impressed by all the merch.
It was a lot of fun and I’d love to talk about what I learned there but it’s all under NDA. Sorry! On the other hand, I have a metric assload of photos that I can share from the offices.

If you haven’t had a chance to visit Seattle, I highly recommend you do so. As long as you can put up with the intense weed smell that seems to permeate just about every area.
Check out the gum wall, they have free ABC gum for the taking.
Anyway, I’m extremely jetlagged so normal MMO Fallout writing won’t resume until tomorrow most likely.
