Space, the final frontier. Eve Online is one of those games that looks at record property destruction and says “this is something to be proud of.” This past week Eve Online players took part in the Massacre of M2-XFE. The massacre claimed more than 23 trillion ISK in lost goods not to mention taking a good chunk out of the Titan market as 251 Titan ships were destroyed in the battle.
The real world value of the items destroyed amounts to over $340,000 USD, more than double the prior record of 11 trillion. You can find a time lapse breakdown of the event in the video below.
Back in August Eve Online set a new record for most money lost in major battles with $112,000 USD wiped out. In October the game set the record for biggest PvP fight consisting of over 8,800 players.
