Now even the cat can play.
PUBG Mobile this week deployed an update with the goal of broadening horizons for color-challenged players. The new colorblind mode opens up options for players to change elements of the game including red zone markers, smoke, poison, fire, trajectory, and minimap markers in order to make them easier to see.
“Colorblind Mode was something we worked diligently to implement when it was brought to our attention by the community,” said Eric Cleaver, Global Head of Community at PUBG MOBILE. “PUBG MOBILE has players all over the world and no two players are the same. We want to make sure everyone feels welcome and able to enjoy the gameplay experience we offer to our community.”
The colorblind modes cover deuteranopia, protanopia, and tritanopia.
