Rewards include a Twitch-themed helmet and banner, survival packs with resources, medkits, and other items to assist in survival, as well as Twitch warrior packs with weapons, armor, and other items to assist in combat. Twitch drops become available at the start of every new 7-day cycle.
You just need to link your account to Twitch and start watching those drop-enabled streams. Yep.
