Hackerone posts big rewards.
Hackerone is a website where ethical hackers can find exploits in games and services in exchange for cash bounties and the promise that the company won’t pursue legal action. We previously discussed this website when talking about Riot Games offering bounties for anyone who could exploit Valorant’s anti-cheat.
Valve is one of Hackerone’s better payers, and has recently surpassed one million dollars in total bounties paid. These payouts include $80,000 paid in the last month and while most have not been disclosed, you can see a few of them listed here.
Valve’s average bounty payout is $750, however their top bounties range from $2,500 – $20,000. So if you’re a hacker looking for some legitimate work, you might want to take a gander at Valve’s bounties.
