If you’re one of those people that held out on buying Overwatch and are thinking to yourself “well if it was free I’d probably at least activate the game,” and you also happen to be a PC gamer, you are in luck. The Overwatch League is giving away free copies of Overwatch.
It’s not like they’d be giving away free copies of Call of Duty.
Actually specifically it looks like Boston Uprising is giving away the copies since the landing page is plastered in their logos. Copies are for the PC version only and include 200 Overwatch League points. It looks like the promotion runs until January 15, 2021, with codes redeemable until January 30. Codes are not redeemable on accounts that already own Overwatch, even just for the free league points.
