Faulty CDN Takes Down Daybreak Services

Daybreak apparently banning critics on forums.

Daybreak Game Company has seen a service-wide outage affecting many players across their services and there doesn’t appear to be a fix in sight. Services have been experiencing issues going back to Wednesday with some unable to launch their game or patch.

As of 8:55 AM PST, the issues with our CDN Provider are still ongoing and being worked on by our ops and engineering teams. There is no ETA at this time.

Meanwhile forum mods appear to be taking a heavy handed approach to criticism as the EQ2Wire news account was banned from the forums for merely suggesting that the company switch to a new provider.
