After misleadingly advertising the outfit.
Epic Games is offering refunds for the T-800 outfit added into Fortnite. Released as part of the Terminator pack, Fortnite.com erroneously advertised the outfit as including a built-in emote. The “built-in emote” actually refers to the Cyberdyne Solute emote which is not included with the outfit and must be purchased separately or as part of the bundle. It also isn’t exclusive to the T-800 as any character can use it.
Players who want a refund due to this discrepancy will be able to receive one at some point in the next week. Epic recommends players keep an eye out on their accounts where they will be notified when the refund is possible.
We corrected an error on https://t.co/xlIk0X9a5H that the T-800 Outfit included a built-in Emote. If you’d like a refund, you’ll be able to make one using the in-game flow (no refund token needed) starting next week. Be on the lookout for an in-game notification next week. pic.twitter.com/HjTrpbU0jf

Fortnite regularly adds in outfits with build-in emotes that only that outfit can use.
