Steam: Five Games Everyone Wants For 3/14

Five games literally everyone wants.

It’s prepper week here at MMO Fallout, by which I mean everyone wants that new Mr. Prepper game coming out on Thursday March 18. Why do they all want it? I have no idea, but the point is that they all want it and that makes it newsworthy for this weeks Games Everyone Wants. Pie day edition. Pi day. Who cares.

Mr. Prepper – Rejected Games

Ironically developed by developer Rejected Games, Mr. Prepper has been accepted by everybody. Build an underground shelter, trade with those on the surface, and prepare yourself for the end of the world while the authoritarian government prevents you from being a free human being. Survive at all costs.

Mr. Prepper preps for launch on March 18 from that video game assembly line we call Playway S.A. There is a demo available right now for those who wish to get in on the action.

Cartel Tycoon – Moon Moose

Out of the prepper fireplace and into the delicious, delicious cocaine industry. Cartel Tycoon is exactly what it sounds like; a dessert restaurant simulator except instead of working in a restaurant you are building a cartel and instead of sugar you’re dealing with illicit drugs. Otherwise basically the same genre.

Published by Tinybuild, Cartel Tycoon also has a demo available and also launches on March 18.

Star Dynasties – Pawley Games

Star Dynasties is an RPG sci-fi title set in a post-Earth galaxy. Take control of the few remaining vestiges of humanity as they reform into a feudal society. Expand your empire, build alliances, and more.

Star Dynasties launches March 16. There is no demo.

Defense of the Ass – Homeless St Mans Club

A shockingly large following for a game from the Internet Memesters Union. Releases March 19.

Can’t Drive This – Pixel Maniacs

Can’t Drive This is a cooperative game where one player drives the truck while the other player builds the road. The developer directly references Speed as an inspiration for the game. Although the description would make it seem otherwise, there is a single player mode.

Can’t Drive This is currently in early access, this week presumably being the full launch date. You can buy it now or pick it up on launch day for March 19. Current reviews show a 79% mostly positive rating.
