Fortnite: How To Fix Catty Corner Anomaly

It’s broken for a lot of people.

Today’s pro gamer tip comes to us from Fortnite where some players are hitting a dead wall while trying to score those victory royals and chicken dinners. Once you hit certain levels in this season’s battle pass you start getting missions to explore anomalies. Normally these anomalies are straightforward. One is broken.

That one is Catty Corner.

Now the Catty Corner anomaly isn’t broken for everyone, but if you are here it’s probably because it’s broken for you. If working as intended, you should enter the small building in the area east of Catty Corner and see a vault with the anomaly inside. Pick up one of the barrels and throw it in the room, then blow it up, and the vault will open enough for you to investigate the anomaly.

Unfortunately this isn’t working for a ton of people because the “investigate” button never shows up. Thankfully I have a tip that should get it working.

All you have to do is change game modes. For me the vault wasn’t opening on solo mode, so I moved over to team rumble and got it to work on the first try. I have seen other people say they still had to reload once or twice to get the anomaly to work.

Alternately you might want to just put this off for a week or so until Epic patches the bug out. This tip is for people really Jonesin’ for that Jonesy skin.
