Says that no lawsuit is in the works.
If you’ve been paying attention to the YouTube drama scene this week you’ve no doubt heard of the back and forth fighting with various YouTubers and the developers of Earth 2, a video game operating under a multi-level marketing scheme. This week YouTuber BigFryTV posted a recorded audio conversation with Tanner Rozankovic, developer of Civil Contract and recent hire at Earth 2, where Rozankovic talks about Earth 2’s Shane Isaac’s plan to sue critics to silence negative conversation about the game. In the audio Rozankovic claims that Isaac was willing to spend several million dollars in an attempt to ruin the livelihoods of the game’s critics.
We noted in our original coverage that the likelihood of Rozankovic’s claims being true was slim, as Tanner Rozankovic is a well known bully and pathological liar. But a video put out by Shane Isaacs himself confirms that Tanner is indeed a liar. Isaacs states that there is no lawsuit, that they have not spoken to lawyers in Canada, and that the theoretical millions of dollars set aside is fantasy.
Isaacs immediately goes down a disingenuous path by claiming the people who believed the story only believed it because they wanted to. Isaacs also ignores the weight that the statements were made by an employee of the company while speaking out of both sides of his mouth that Rozankovic was both illegally recorded and that it might not be him actually speaking. As of yet there is no evidence that the recording was illegally created as many areas of the world have one party consent laws including parts of Australia.
Isaacs also goes on to decry bullying of Rozankovic, ignoring the long history of Tanner Rozankovic’s bullying, threats, and harassment of critics.
