And now a heartwarming story for your Thursday afternoon. Today’s post comes to us from Reddit where Intrepid Studios showed their support for Blizzard employees by buying the studio lunch. Reddit user FromBlizzardWithLove, a Blizzard developer, posted photos along with a note detailing that employees were greeted today by a food truck handing out complimentary meals. And the folks behind it? Intrepid Studios.
hen I asked the staff of the truck who was providing this amazing treat, they said an ally “Steven Sharif” and the team at Intrepid Studios, then pointed to a sign saying as much by the side of the window. After seeing the sign I immediately googled the company and searched their socials for any mention of this treat, assuming this may have been some publicity stunt. But, I found no such tweet, or post anywhere mentioning this good deed.
Intrepid Studios of course is the developer behind the upcoming MMO Ashes of Creation. The studio has not mentioned the gesture on its social media accounts as of this posting.
