Users report the pack being broken.
You know a game is going well when the only positive reviews are sarcastic. Overwatch 2 released its Season 8 update this week including two new DLC bundles; the season 8 bundle and a $10 starter pack. Both of these DLC items have less than a 10% positive rating and actually the score is worse. Because most if not all of the positive reviews are sarcastic.
The bundles have players calling scam as almost universally the reviews are claiming that the bundles are broken. Nobody is receiving anything that they paid for. This appears to specifically affect users who bought the bundles on Steam and not on Battle.net or other storefronts.
So far Blizzard has not acknowledged the bug or given a timetable for when players can expect to receive their items.
