Wayfinder has gone on a temporary sale hiatus this week while former publisher Digital Extremes hands the reigns back to developer Airship Syndicate. What does this mean for you? It means if you’re one of the six people planning to buy the game this week, you’ll need to wait a little longer.
The update also notes that the game will be seeing a major change and “be around to play forever.” This sounds like the game is being altered into something that might be playable offline should Airship Syndicate find itself out of business, but somehow I don’t think we can be that lucky.
