The new season of Fortnite is officially here. Chapter 5 Season 3 is officially named Wrecked and is themed around the apocalypse. Last season players fought and defeated Zeus only to learn that their war for survival had just begun.
Season 3 introduces a new biome on the southern part of the island called the Wasteland. Inhabited by the new antagonists the Wasteland Warriors.
New weapons include the Nitro Fists, new renditions of the combat shotgun and hand cannon, as well as the combat assault rifle. Car enthusiasts will be happy to see the return of repair torches as well as cow catchers and off-road tires.
Of course this means all the god gear is officially gone as well as the Star Wars items. Fortnite is never without its crossover stuff so you can find Nuka Cola health items in the wasteland.
And naturally this season includes a host of bosses to take down with their own medallions. Check it out. Season 3 runs to August 16.
