Path of Exile 2 is officially out in early access and with a peak of over 400k players on Steam alone, not counting the consoles and standalone client, the servers are understandably struggling to keep up.
It doesn’t seem to be dampening spirits much as the game still holds an 85% mostly positive review score on Steam at the time of this publication. If you’re on the less patient side you might want to give it a day or two for the servers to stabilize before you try your hand at logging in.
Path of Exile 2 is currently in Early Access and can be accessed for a minimum of $30. The Early Access launch contains the first three acts of the campaign as well as endgame content.
