Aims for victory royale in court.
This shouldn’t be news to many but Epic Games has been on the warpath over the last few years against people who make and distribute cheats for Fortnite. Bonus points if you advertise them or make a bunch of accounts to bypass bans.
This week’s lawsuit is against Ediz Atas (AKA Sincey Cheats and Vanta Cheats) who Epic claims has been selling cheat software for about two and a half years now. The lawsuit is against Atas and several unnamed co-defendants who allegedly distributed the cheats through Discord.
Epic is demanding the usual; the court stop the defendant from doing anything related to cheats, delete all copies of the cheat software, hand over domains, and pay some money.
