EverQuest Is Getting A Solo-Friendly Spinoff

Developed by Game Jawn.

When you think about EverQuest, what comes to mind? Probably, “I loved that game back in the day but I have a life and responsibilities now and I can’t play for two hundred hours a day anymore” or something similar. Well look no further, because EverQuest Legends is here. Soon.

Daybreak is teaming up with independent dev Game Jawn to put out EverQuest Legends, which shockingly isn’t one of the roughly three thousand time limited servers they’ve put out over the last few years. Rather it is a complete spinoff that takes the original EverQuest and modernizes it with new gameplay systems and quality of life enhancements (their words, not mine) to make the game more appealing to the modern gamer.

What does that mean? You’re going to be very powerful. Players can multi-class up to three classes for big power buffs making any of the game’s content solo-friendly. Legends launches into closed beta in April with a launch planned for July.
