Buy Resident Evil, get a free Chromecast.
Last year Google ran a promotion where customers who bought Cyberpunk 2077 could get a free Stadia Premiere Edition. The bundle is actually a really good deal, provided you’re looking to buy the game on Stadia. The premiere edition of Stadia includes the Chromecast Ultra and a Stadia controller. That’s $100 in free gear if you know what I mean.
Well Google is extending the offer yet again while supplies last to those who order Resident Evil Village. The instructions are somewhat convoluted and involve pre-ordering before May 21 using a page that definitely doesn’t acknowledge the promotion and also living in a country supported by said promotion, and also doing so while there are supplies. You don’t need the controller or Chromecast to use Stadia, but it’s hard to pass up $100 in free stuff if you were going to buy it on Stadia anyway.
