Over 20 items just got their eviction notice.
Valve has been somewhat unpredictable over the past couple of years when it comes to adult games on the Steam platform. They have been allowed, removed, and allowed again under somewhat strict and occasionally obscure guidelines. We have seen developers unceremoniously banned with little explanation (and in some cases no explanation) while others seem to go unnoticed.
Today Valve banned over 20 items from the Steam store and some of them are of the adult variety. Given the disparity between the types of games banned, it’s likely that they weren’t all removed for the same reason. The adult titles might be going up against Valve’s policy against adult games with real pictures/videos of people. At least one of the titles has been suspected of review manipulation by the Sentinels of the Store.
