Plan 8 is one of several games recently revealed by Pearl Abyss. It is an exosuit MMO shooter built on a new proprietary engine being developed for PC and console Minh Le, co-creator of Counter-Strike. A key feature surrounds finding and equipping different gears to the suit which Pearl Abyss promises to create a unique shooter with MMO gameplay elements.

Pearl Abyss today dropped four trailers for four upcoming titles.
The first trailer is for Plan 8 which is billed as an exosuit MMO shooter.
Next up is DokeV, a rather crazy looking creature-collecting MMORPG.
Third is Crimson Desert which by contrast looks to be a very dark and gritty MMORPG
And last but not least is Shadow Arena, which is actually a standalone version of the cancelled Black Desert Online battle royale mode.
Pearl Abyss today has dropped a surprise ahead of the annual Pearl Abyss Connect event in the form of three new games under development.
Pulling no punches, Pearl Abyss announced that PLAN 8 is being spearheaded by Minh Le serving as technical director. You may recognize that name as one of the co-creators of Counter Strike. DokeV has brought on a couple of former directors from Black Desert Online including Sang-young Kim and Suh Won Choi.
