Two developers we suspect may just be the same people.
Today’s Steam ban handed down by Valve encompasses two developers who we are pretty sure is the same entity operating under different names. The games are Chinese ARPG titles, virtual clones of one another as well as the thousands of other versions of this same game that get developed in China every year.
The games in question are God of Flame and Legend MMO, developed by Beijing LIGHT WING Century Technology Co., Ltd and Beijing JG Entertainment Technology Co.,LTD respectively. Legend MMO released last July and has a 50% mixed rating while God of Flame released last October and has a better 70% rating. Both are free to play titles and neither had anyone actually playing it.
As for the reason behind the ban, your guess is as good as mine.
