Royal Quest is a free to play MMO from developer Katauri and published by 1C Online Games. As of this week however you can no longer play Royal Quest on Steam, or on United States servers for that matter. The closure was announced last week on December 23 with the game being officially retired from Steam earlier today.
We would like to inform you that we have decided to shut down the US server and because of this change you will not be able to launch the game via Steam. We would like once again to apologies for the inconvenience.
Royal Quest launched in 2014 and at least on the Steam side has slid into relative obscurity with peak player counts barely reaching into the triple digits over the past two years. Accounts are being transferred over to the international servers and US characters can now be found on the Logrus server.
