It’s still doing fine.
It’s time for another annual checkup on Will To Live Online. Will To Live Online is an open world MMO that’s been in early access since 2018. Developed by AlphaSoft LLC, the game expects to be fully launched sometime this year according to the Steam page.
Last year when we looked at Will To Live Online the game had a 77% mostly positive rating. In the interim that score has fallen to 73% and if you look at recent reviews a lot of the problem stems from a poor low level experience, intense monetization through microtransactions, and grinding the same few variety of mobs in an endless cycle.
On the other hand Will To Live Online has a fairly healthy community. Steam charts show that the game is regularly over two thousand concurrent players, hitting an all-time peak of 3,100 just a couple of months ago. The concurrent player count is actually higher than what we reported last year.
The developers at AlphaSoft LLC still have the Will To Live, as the last update launched on March 27 and there was even room for an April Fool’s prank. The game itself is free to play.
