With the launch of Siege of the Atlas.
This weekend Path of Exile launched Siege of the Atlas, the latest expansion for the MMOARPG. While the console launch doesn’t come for another couple of days, the folks at Grinding Gear Games took some time today to announce that the game has shattered its concurrent player record, marking over 270,000 gamers gaming in the game.
Over the weekend, we launched Path of Exile: Siege of the Atlas. We’re pleased to report that deployment was extremely smooth with no major issues! We also hit a new record for peak concurrent players at 270,260! We are closely monitoring feedback and reports and will keep you updated this week as we start to formulate lists of coming improvements.
Siege of the Atlas adds in all sorts of content I don’t understand because I don’t play Path of Exile. For more information, check out the official website.
