Fracture your event.
The Fortnite season finale is coming in just over a week, and you know what that means; an event for all the people. This season in Fortnite the island has been slowly engulfed by a mysterious Chrome substance that has been bending and breaking the island to its will.
Where did it come from? Where will it go? Can the players put its destructive streak to an end or will Fortnite just shut down forever? Probably the first one. The event starts at 4p.m. EST with playlists opening at 3:30.
Fracture is a one-time only, in-game event starting Saturday, December 3, 2022, at 4 PM ET. The “Fracture” playlist will open up 30 minutes prior, so you can jump in before the event starts. You can also join in-progress until 4:40 PM ET!
Previously I have recommended showing up at the half hour mark prior to the event starting, but over the last year or two Epic has buffed their server capacity to the point where I don’t think people have been locked out of the past several big events. You should be good to show up any time before 4.
