Inkbound is here. The folks at Shiny Shoe, developers of the much lauded Monster Train, are back with a new game. And what do players think of it? They are torn.
Presently in early access, Inkbound sits at a 65% mixed rating among 78 reviews. Positive reviews are praising the game for its combat system while negative reviews seem to be focusing on the integration of a cash shop and season pass in a game that costs $20.
So far on launch day the game has peaked at about 2,400 players. We’ll have to see how Inkbound can evolve in its early access.
