At least someone in this audience is rootin, tootin, and ready for a shootin. This week’s addition to the extraction shooter genre is A Twisted Path to Renown, a 19th century wild west game now in early access on Steam.
Set at the turn of the 20th century, more specifically 1899 America, A Twisted Path to Renown blends survival gaming with crafting and PvevP extration-styled gameplay with authentic weapons from the era. So probably no laser pistols or fart cannons.

As of launch day it currently holds an 11% “very negative” rating out of 104 reviews. Many negative reviews cite the game as being “not ready” for early access launch alongside lag problems and janky AI/controls.
