The developers suck.
I have yet to play Corepunk mostly because the game isn’t on Steam, and given the last week it’s probably a good thing for the developer that the game remains off Steam for a while.
Corepunk offered a great reason to never play it; the developers have an awful attitude toward their community. Last week the game was struck with a pretty debilitating issue where the servers were down for days and an update that was supposed to remove tier 3 artifacts from boss drops simply deleted them from everyone’s inventory.
Now the good news is that the developers know exactly who was affected, they have a complete list of every person who lost an artifact and how many they lost. Great, so the next step is to recover those items and give them back, right? Nope. They’re just not going to.
As noted by MassivelyOP from the Discord,
While we could spend around a week writing and testing a new script to restore each item for every affected character, this would take valuable time away from improving the game and moving forward. We need to focus on creating a better experience for everyone.
So they know who lost what and could write a script to restore those items, but they won’t. Because they don’t think it’s worth the time and effort which they mentioned was a week.
Great reason to just not play the game.
U mad bro?
[deleted racist shit]
Ok, so you’re a fuckin racist. Got it. Maybe if your home was being bombed by a fascist psychopath you could empathize.
I don’t know where you think you are, but that shit isn’t welcome here. Take it somewhere else.
So there is censorship here and no free speech. Got it. I won’t give clicks to this website/blog anymore.
You’re right, there is no free speech here. This is my house. You’re the first person in seven years I’ve had to remove comments because you can’t compose yourself like a decent human being so the problem seems to be you.
