Project Zanaris is an upcoming feature in Old School RuneScape that will allow players to launch their own RuneScape community servers. But it won’t just be 25x experience with the main land or giving the Kalphite Queen a massive dumptruck. Although I don’t think Jagex will let you do that second thing either.
In a video posted to YouTube, Jagex gave a couple examples of Project Zanaris worlds. In one players have 30 minutes to level up (with various tweaks to the world) and gear up to fight Scurrius, the rat boss. In the second, the world is a big fight club.
