Dark and Darker has gone dark on Epic Games Store. Legendary Status is still available on the store as of this publishing however the game itself has been taken down.
The takedown is part of the ongoing lawsuit with Nexon, who sued Ironmace a few years back claiming that the game is an illegal ripoff of a cancelled project and that the developers violated company secrets by stealing code and using it. In a recent legal decision, Nexon won on the grounds of stealing trade secrets but lost on its copyright claims.

It seems that the removal process is not yet fully complete, as Dark and Darker is no longer listed, but Dark and Darker: Legendary Status is still available for purchase. Please be aware of this potential confusion.
