Enad Global 7 is set to acquire Daybreak Game Company for $300 million in a move that will see it take control of 100% of Daybreak’s shares. The news comes to us from Gamasutra and appears to be set in stone, although there aren’t many details on what changes EG7 might bring to a developer that has undergone a number of transfers of ownership as well as downsizing in supported titles over the past decade.
Hopefully this news is accurate as Daybreak Game Company had previously spent a number of years claiming to be owned by Columbus Nova only to turn around and claim that was never the case.
