Promises full cross-play.
Sandbox Interactive announced today that their flagship MMO Albion Online hits mobile devices this summer. The mobile release contains the full version of the game, not a simplified port, according to the developer. The summer release marks a rather large milestone in the company’s timeline of providing full cross-play between devices.
Players will be able to switch between platforms at any time and continue their character progression on the same persistent server. To top it off, players can look forward to rewards for cross-platform play once the mobile version goes live.
Those in Germany can log in right now and start playing on mobile.
