And content roadmap for 2021.
Pearl Abyss this weekend announced a set of updates coming to Black Desert and Black Desert Online this year. First off is the latest class, the Corsair. The Corsair is a pirate-themed class in case you couldn’t tell from the header image and utilizes a sword and a magical orb that can turn her into a mermaid. The Corsair pre-creation begins June 23 with global launch on PC and console June 29.
Earlier this year we learned about Atoraxxion, the first co-op dungeon. The first part of Atoraxxion releases today, June 21. Fans of sexy waifu statues will be happy to get their first glimpse of the Dark Knight statue being created in collaboration with Blitzway.
What does the future bring for Black Desert? July marks the launch of mansions, large player owned housing plots. August introduces a new extreme monster zone as well as a card game called Yarr, a mixture of poker and Yacht. September introduces a horse capable of walking on water with its water sprint ability. October introduces the Elvia Realm Calpheon & Black Star Raid along with improved tutorials and revamps to classic classes.
The Corsair’s launch will come with a season server event, offering rewards for players who take the fast track to leveling up. Over on the mobile side, players can expect five new classes along with a ton of new content over the second half of 2021.
