The latest update for Planetside 2 is out on PC. Surf & Storm introduces a new Corsair assault craft that allows players to move about on water much quicker than with the Sunderer. The vehicle is also capable of launching its passengers using the catapult system, where they can land safely and then immediately get one-shotted by a sniper hiding ten miles away.
The update also includes new underwater bases, new diving equipment, and new Seaposts that control whether or not your team can spawn Corasir craft.
