It’s available.
It’s been a while since we talked about APB: Reloaded shutting down on consoles. If you’re still not aware and you’re on Xbox, you’re clearly not playing the game as that version shut down in January and hasn’t been playable.
PS4 integration to PC is already underway. Check out the official website for instructions on how to migrate your character to PC. You’ll need to put in some passwords, put in some emails, and hit the migration button. And voila, your character will be available within a few minutes.
Xbox migration was already available and is still available here. Migration from console to PC runs until August 2 which is presumably when the PlayStation servers will be brought down.
