Preloading staring July 16.
Throne & Liberty is finally coming out in the west which is a shocking thing to say after thirteen years. When? July 18 provided NCSoft doesn’t do a shock delay and push it back until an unknown time. But certainly that won’t happen.
Preloading begins July 16 with events every 3 hours.
